Your thoughts

Every year around this time I begin looking for a swimsuit. I don't know why, because I swim maybe once a year, but the idea of a good looking suit is intriguing. Last year I bought three. I returned two and kept one, I have no idea why because I know I will never wear it.

I haven't had a one-piece swimsuit in years. I have always felt that they look somewhat ridiculous. The last one I remember was blue and had shocking pink watermelons on it, I was maybe four or five.

The question here is: Is this a good looking one-piece? I can't decide. And since I am trying to limit my impulse buys this year I was hoping you could give me your thoughts. One-piece? Or two?

As your brother, I don't know how much advice I should be giving on your swimming attire. Like I've always said, follow your heart.

That is also the advice Jaquimo the swallow gives Thumbelina when she doesn't know what to do. Here is a clip -

If you watch that I'm sure you will have a clear idea of what you need to do.

I personally am very far from being knowledgeable about women's swimsuits, so feel free to disregard my comment as soon as you want. But I think it looks like a nice suit.

i think you've found the ideal one-piece. It's got that 40's look - very nice.

I think this one looks fantastic. It reminds me of something I would see Lucille B. wear, and I'm not just saying that because you love Lucy.

I love that more than half of your comments are from boys. Wowza. I like this one a lot. And I think that if you are going to go with a one piece, a halter top looks fantastic and makes it not so 9 years old.

Oh, I forgot to mention that in order for this suit to reach its maximum potential as an eye-catcher, it must be ordered several sizes too large.
